We reproducibly test visual quality features that can traditionally only be assessed subjectively in automatic processes. Depending on the requirements, we use established camera systems or vision sensors. As their evaluation options are not sufficient in some special applications, we have many years of extensive experience in magnetizing ferromagnetic parts within a specified tolerance range of the magnetic flux using self-optimizing control technology. This automatically compensates for the wide range of key parameters of the starting material without the need for manual adjustment of process parameters.
Whether magnetizing multi-pole rotors for drive units or simple traction magnets, in-depth and extensive knowledge of the required processes is essential, not only to master currents of several tens of thousands of amperes.
