Assembly technology is an important part of our production equipment. Together with our testing systems, they form a cost-effective combination for your production processes.
Product versions are increasingly being created through software parameterization on one and the same hardware platform. To minimize warehousing and support just-in-time production, electronic assemblies are increasingly being programmed and parameterized with our systems immediately before assembly. Close integration with our testing technology also enables the optimum parameter set to be selected based on the sample. We also offer our customers the integration of flash processes into the production and testing process. This enables you to write (flash) control units (ECUs) of your complete product after production has been completed. Modified product configurations or functional enhancements can thus be implemented more easily through firmware updates directly in the production line.

In the event of sudden imbalances, we can equip our systems with safety bearings to protect the functional components.
The assembly of already magnetized individual parts is usually unfavourable, often not possible at all, due to the counterforces acting in the process. In these cases, the ferromagnetic elements in our systems are only magnetized in their final arrangement after assembly. The necessary magnetization and measuring technology must be tailored to both the component geometry and the properties of the material. Using self-optimizing control technology, the wide range of key parameters of the starting material is automatically compensated for without the need to manually adjust process parameters.
We have been developing poling systems for piezo actuators for many years, often in conjunction with corresponding final testing and reference measuring systems. The poling systems are based on technology developed in-house or integrate user-specific hardware specifications. The corresponding product spectrum also ranges from pure piezo stacks to fully assembled drive and functional units (e.g. injection systems).
We also offer our customers the integration of flash processes into the production and testing process.
This gives you the option of writing (flashing) control units (ECUs) of your complete product after production is complete. This means that your end product can be configured and calibrated in its assembled state, which means that fewer different individual components need to be kept in stock.
