We reproducibly test visual quality features that can traditionally only be assessed subjectively in automatic processes. Depending on the requirements, we use established camera systems or vision sensors. As their evaluation options are not sufficient in some special applications, we develop appropriate algorithms in-house that go beyond the limitations of pure parameterization. However, the key to successful optical evaluation is optimum lighting. We have many years of experience with a wide variety of systems and approaches.
